Bandit, I do see your team is unique because it's filled with super studs. So I can see where it might become a problem with that much testosterone on the team. I can see if your already batting .500 and another couple boys are batting .550-.650 it would be more pressure to bring to the plate. Especially if you have a kid like mine who will stop at nothing to try and be the best. In this instance it makes sense....
So I guess you can add one more to your list of GREAT coach---using common sense!
Bandit, didn't mean it in a negative way, just figurative. If I was betting, you probably have a very special group of boys and even better set of parents :)
Do boys even produce testosterone at age 12?
GREAT coachs are usually surrounded by great kids and great parents don't you think????
All this from the only Coach in America that couldn't play with the boys on the paint ball course. The Bandits Coach asked why he couldn't play and the manager stated that you had to be tall enough to shoot over the obstacles or you couldn't play. I told em to let him use his ball bucket but to no avail.

You are right that kids and parents of all kinds flock to Coach Troy. He's an awesome coach and an even better person.
I think we have a couple of boys with testosterone on the team - at least they are beginning to produce it. A couple with small amounts of facial hair, deeper voices, etc. It is that age. We also have some that you might mistake for younger brothers but I wouldn't recommend you take them lightly. These kids can flat out play !!
