Cartersville Sports Academy is a 12,000 square foot Premier Indoor Baseball/Softball training facility that offers tunnel rentals, team practice rentals, and professional private instruction. We also offer the Combat Pitcher Program to ages 8-18. This six week program has been proven to show huge gains in velocity and stamina. Some colleges that use the program include South Carolina, Vanderbilt, Kennesaw State, and Western Carolina just to name a few. For more details about this program and our facility check us out at www.csabaseball.com.

CSA, if this is the season to rest the ARM, then, when is it really a good time to go through the COMBAT Pitcher Program? |

PATbb,
Yes this is a good time to rest the arm, but it is also the time to work on mechanics... which is alot of what this program does... this is the off season and time to work not pitch!@ |

The Combat Pitcher Program is designed to strengthen the core and improve scapular mobility. Each workout can be done in a 70 foot tunnel. These workouts are designed to lead up the the bullpen so there is limited throwing in most sessions. Most high schools that run through our program do two sessions before they start their spring season (1 in Oct./1 in Jan). The off-season is a perfect time for this program because its main objective is to strengthen and help prevent injury during the season by building up core and scapular mobility. If you have anymore questions feel free to email us at info@csabaseball.com or check it out at www.combatpitching.com
Thanks! |

The Combat Pitching Program is also going to be offered starting November 1st and will run for 6 weeks. This allows those that played football an opportunity to take part in the program. You can register online at www.csabaseball.com or call us at 678-535-3280.

Hi Folks -
Understand that CSA is one of the nwga baseball sponsors, but does anyone know of any other facilities that offer the Combat Pitcher Program in the Alpharetta area.
The program looks interesting, but Cartersville is a pretty good haul from North Fulton ;-)
Thanks in advance for any responses. |

Catch & Hit in Alpharetta (technically, just over the Fulton Co. line) is offering this program as well.
