Wikipedia is a nice place to start, but please don't ever take it for this or any other search as gospel. You'll routinely find errors, half truths, personal slants. You always want to check the sources and any relationships or dealings - positive or negative - they may have related to the subject. As noted, this reads like something off the ECB website. |

The East Cobb Baseball Complex is owned and operated by ECB, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation.
This is from the EC website and this lines up with what I was told by the closing Attorney for the land acquisition. The land is owned by the non-profit. |

The Bank sold the loan to Fannie Mae, Fannie Mae was bailed out by the taxpayers, and I'm a Major League taxpayer, so I own a part of it too.
