I dont know for sure, but this is the rumor mill list:
11U: Duluth Destroyers, Collins Hill-Green, GA Select Red, North Gwinnett-Black. Since its in Northern Gwinnett County, I'm guessing it will be mostly GGBL teams and Gwinnett independents like the Duluth Wildcats and Mill Creek-Red. I think its capped at 8 teams.

The 10U group looks very thin, can't see any one beating the Tigers in this one. Several A & AA teams along with an all star team.

So, how is this going to work in the 9's & 10's with the all star teams? Are they going to play 60ft closed bases or make the all star teams play regular travel rules? Either way, it's going to be tough on several teams.

Not sure why a travel team would enter a tournament with so many all star teams in it.

I would not climb too far up the ladder of inference on these all-star teams until you see them. Let me reference the following all-star teams who have beaten some tough travel teams over the past 2 years: Cartersville Rookies, NYO Toros/Drillers, Buckhead Braves, and last years Georgia Force (ask EC Luck & Kennesaw Express about them). Heck, just this past weekend a pretty good Acworth Orange all-star team beat the eventual winners of the Pigeon Forge event.

To the poster who asked why travel teams would want to play all stars:
1) teams attending were not published anywhere, so nobody knew
2) other than Major States, not much else out there this weekend
3) the tourney includes a Braves game with on-field parade
4) its Brian McCann's 1st tourney, and he's a Gwinnett County hero
5) teams from this side of town get sick of driving to EC and Monroe
6) its fun to play new teams (isn't that 1 reason why we travel?)
7) if you're a AA/AAA team that's been competing against better teams most of the season, it can re-store confidence.
8) the venues are all Gwinnett County Parks which are known to be nice
9) Gwinnett County umps are among the best and most experienced around (see North Gwinnett/Javvy Lopez tourney comments on this forum)
10) as it turned out, there are 4 AAA/Major's, 6 AA's, and 6 all-star teams. I'm guessing a couple of these all star teams will be AA/AAA.
11) we know there will be TWO umps/game, fields will be dragged and lined periodically, the restrooms will not be a health hazard, the stalls will have doors on them, there will be ample paved and lighted parking, the fields will have functioning lights, the fence distance will be age appropriate, they will not use converted softball fields, there will be nice covered dugouts, foul balls will not be endangering spouses/siblings, there will be nice trophy's with a proper ceremony, there will be scoreboards with elevated and covered scorekeeper towers...and the boards will actually work, there will be batting cages. Are you getting the picture?

The final four in the 11's were

Georgia outlaws vs. Hebron Angels
East Cobb Colts vs Collins Hill Green

Not sure how the EC and CH game turned out. The Hebron Angels (in an Angels in the outfield kind of game , scored over 10 runs in the top of the 6th to overcome a 9-2 Outlaws lead . Being on the outlaws side, it was devastating ,however to see the Heart in the kids from the Angels was definitlety a sight to behold. Hats off to the Angels!!!!

The CH vs. EC Colts game was close until the 5th. I think it was scoreless until the bottom of the 3rd when CH went up 1-0. Then EC went up 3-1 and then CH got within one 3-2. Then EC opened it up in the 5th with some good hitting and a few errors by CH. The final was 8-3.
