The Hobgood Braves 10u program is expanding to two teams for the upcoming season. The Braves Red and Braves Blue teams will be holding a joint tryout on Saturday July 30th. We will be at Hobgood Park Field #10 starting at 9am. We will be done before noon.
We are interested in players who are comfortable with multiple positions, have a great attitude, and a strong desire to grow each season.
All players should being their baseball gear (including catcher’s gear if available) and be prepared for all types of baseball work. Bring plenty of water as well.

- Child's name and birth date
- Teams and Positions previously played (last 2 seasons)

About our program-
Hobgood Braves travel baseball is one of the largest travel programs in Cherokee County. Our Braves teams are competitive and play at different levels from AA through Majors. Our coaches focus on providing the best instruction possible by utilizing Georgia Baseball Academy, collegiate/professional level instruction, and consistent field time at our newly renovated Hobgood Park facilities.

The 10u Braves-Red team is always open to discussing player opportunities and have one possible roster spot available for the right player. Call or email Jeff Weidner ( 404-822-0739 or hobgoodcoachjeff@gmail.com ) with any questions or to schedule a private tryout. Our goal is to build on our successful season at 9u and start 10u off strong. We are looking for the right mix of experience, ability, and desire.
The 10u Braves-Blue are interested in finding two additional players for their team to start the Fall season. They are looking for players who are comfortable with multiple positions, have a great attitude, and a strong desire to grow each season. Pitching and/or catching experience is a plus but not required. Please contact Ronnie Cotton at 770-560-8212 to learn more. The Braves-Blue will have a second tryout this Thursday at Hobgood.
