Mark your calenders now for the 2009 AAU State Championships, the week of May 27-31, 2009. This tournament has earned and maintained the reputation as "the best of the best". The only true State Championship with no north/south restrictions, no seperate classes and not just another local tournament calling itself a state championship.Just an opportunity to step into the batter's box against the best teams in Georgia and earn the right to be called STATE Champions. Last year's field of teams brought the best of the best in Major and AAA teams. The top 25% teams will earn a berth to the AAU Division 1 or Division 2 National Championship to be held in Orlando, FL at the Disney complex. The 12U AAU State championship will be hosted by Sandy Plains Baseball at beautiful Carl Harrison Park in East Cobb. Due to the econony etc... we are going to only charge $375 + $100 gate fee for 4 games guaranteed!!! In addition we will provide baseballs, so get in now before there are no spots left for this exciting State championship opportunity!!
