The Second Annual USSSA 14U "Spring Team Preview Classic" featured 8 teams from the North Georgia area this weekend. It turned out to be the most exciting tournament of the fall season held at Legion Field in Alpharetta. There were 3 games decided by one run in the last inning and 2 pool games that ended in ties with late inning comebacks. The Atlanta Wildcats and East Cobb Titans, both previous winners at Legion, made it to the Championship game with the East Cobb Titans coming out on top. It was the first game that the Atlanta Wildcats had ever lost at Legion Field and the second tournament win for East Cobb at our fall tournaments. The Collins Hill Eagles and the Norcross Thunderstix (formally the Norcross Blue Devils tied for 3rd followed by the West Cobb Cardinals, Milton Feeder Team, Georgia Titans and the Windward Rangers.

TKO tournaments will be running several USSSA tournaments this Spring in the 14U age bracket at Legion Field and other locations in our area. We will have "open classes and AAA/AA limited classes as well.

Thanks to all for participating in the USSSA 14U "Spring Team Preview" and our other tournaments this fall! I believe we saw some of the best 14U fall baseball anywhere. This was truly a preview of great things to come this Spring for North Georgia 14U baseball.
