Kings Academy,of Woodstock Ga. will be hosting tryouts for the varsity and
junior varsity baseball squads on September 27, 2014 at East Cobb baseball
facility, field 5, from 10 a.m. till 1 p.m. Kings Academy is a member of
GICAA(Georgia Independent Christian Athletic Association). GICAA baseball
teams are composed of a minimum of 50% rostered students for that school
while the remainder may be independent or home school students. Tryouts
are open to home school students as well as Kings students. Kings Academy
will field a varsity and a junior varsity team for Spring 2015.
Independent students must live within a 30 mile radius of Kings Academy
per GICAA guidelines. Kings Academy teams will compete in a divisional and
regional schedule as well as a State playoff. Kings is also blessed and
honored to have MARK WOHLERS(Retired Atlanta Braves pitcher) on the
