Team 300 Baseball (T3B) 11u will be hosting an open clinic/team tryout on August 3rd from 10:00am to 1:00pm @ Lions Park (620 Lions Club Dr. SW Mableton, GA 30126). We currently have a core group of young men with AAA/Major Travel ball experience and are looking to finalize our SPRING 2014 Roster with five to six 5 TOOL BASEBALL and SUCCESS minded players/families. ALL positions are open.
Dedication, Commitment, Accountability, Teamwork and Sportsmanship will serve as the core values and foundation on which we will develop, grow and challenge our boys. Hitting, Fielding, Positioning, and situation specific IQ will be the fundamentals of focus and skillsets to which we intensely train.
Our FALL 2013 plan is to schedule bi-monthly workouts during the week and scrimmage on Sundays in an effort to sharpen/maintain our skills and accommodate the schedules of multi-faceted athletes. We will be indoors during the winter for professional Hitting and Fielding instruction; only Wooden Bats will be allowed for the purpose of strengthening wrists and gaining power. SPRING 2014 tournament play will begin in late February 2014 and will continue through July 2014; we will finish the season with a week trip to the Ripken Experience or Global World Series.
Our open clinic/tryout will be run and objectively evaluated by Phillips Academy managed by the family of CINCINATTI REDS 2B Brandon Phillips. Players will be tested on speed/agility, hitting, fielding, pitching and catching. Cost of open clinic/tryout is $35.00 per attendee (lunch will be provided); please RSVP by sending an email to Team300Baseball@gmail.com. Open Tryout/Workout:

Sunday, August 4th from 1:00pm to 4:00pm @ Lions Park (620 Lions Club Dr. SW Mableton, GA 30126)
As a follow-up to several inquiries, we are adding a second tryout/workout date in an effort to accomodate the schedules of multi-sport ballplayers. Again, we are looking to add 5 to 6 ballplayers with higher level AA or AAA/Major experience; we will play @ the AAA/Major level. Several have also inquired regarding trying out either privately or on an alternate date.
