Due to many phone calls from parents of kids that were either still playing or out of town, the SBO Cobras will hold an alternate tryout on August 10th at 11:00 am. The tryout is free and will be held at our Adairsville, GA complex. Directions to the park can be found at www.strikersbaseball.com. We are looking for two quality players at this point to add to our current roster. Please call the number below or email to confirm attendance and we look forward to seeing everyone at the park.
Additionally, we are looking for pitchers as well in the tryout. We have a staff coach with college level pitching experience as well as a paid pitching instructor that will be used regularly to assist in pitcher development. Off season workouts will be held and taught to players to ensure continued growth from fall to spring also. We will work indoors across the winter to ensure that effort is properly supported.
In the event of a rain out, the tryout will be moved to Sunday August 11th at 2:00 pm. We will only post here Saturday before noon if we are rained out. Otherwise, its a go. Thanks.
