First, I would like to say thank you to all the Teams that came out and represented in the GSA World Series! It was difficult getting the weekend in with all the rain but everyone co-operated and we got it as far as we could. Well done!

Wood Bat World, I was just informed we will have College and Pro Scouts at the park during the Wood Bat World. They will be having try outs for anyone interested and need not be on a Team in the Tournament. Ages 14-18 $20 per player and Team Players in the Tournament will do their work out first. Anyone interested, Sign in will start at 5 pm on August 24th. Work outs will start at 6pm Sharpe. Any questions please contact:

This is a Show case event and we will have scouts present for individual work outs. Sign in will start at 5pm for players who wish to do individual work outs. $20 per player. 6pm work outs will start.

Here is what we need from the teams and the format:
We would like for the teams to provide us how many of their players will be participating in the showcase and their names, each player should bring $20 cash for the showcase.
Format: Check in's begin at 5pm. 6:00pm Coaches will speak to the players and parents. Quick seminar. Players will be timed in the 60 yard dash. Outfielders will have their arms clocked from RF to 3rd and RF to home. Infielders will have their arms clocked from SS to 1st. First baseman from 1st to 3rd. Catchers Pop Times measured. Pitchers will throw a bullpen of approximately 12-15 pitches Hitters: The college coaches will select the players they want to see hit.
