The Fury is coming off a season in which we played in 8 tournament championships and finished with an impressive 31-13-1 record. We're a strong AAA team looking for players to move us up to Majors.
We're also proud members of the Fury Baseball Academy with professional instruction in our indoor facility featuring pitching/hitting/fielding and strength and conditioning training. In the fall/winter months, our 10u Fury team receives one-on-one pitching instruction from a current Triple-A pitcher with the Detroit Tigers organization.
Hobgood Park is pleased to announce that there will be 2 Hobgood Fury 10u teams this fall/spring. Both teams will be members of the Fury Baseball Academy.
The first, as listed above, will be a strong AAA/Major team head coached by Scott Strickland. This is a third year team that will play 12-14 events concluding with a "beach" World Series event.
