The 2013-2014 South Cherokee Eagles is a newly formed 10U travel team that will play out of South Cherokee Recreation Association (SCRA).
Tryouts are free, and will be held at the following dates and location:
Sunday, July 21, 200-500 South Cherokee Recreation Association - Field 4
Sunday, July 28, 200-500 South Cherokee Recreation Association - Field 4
Registration begins at 130 for both dates.
South Cherokee Recreation Association
6625 Old Highway 5
Woodstock, GA 30188.
The Eagles will play at the AA/AAA level and are looking for great families with talented athletic players who love the game of Baseball and want to play competitive travel ball.

You do not need to be at both tryout sessions, but are certainly welcomed to attend both.
We will be playing both Lanier League and travel tournaments.

| My son has played all star ball and travel ball and we would be interested in trying out for your team however we have travel plans and may not be able to make what you have scheduled. Will you be holding any additional tryouts or any private tryouts? Also how many spots do you have open and are you looking specific positions? I'm somewhat familiar with SCRA and pretty sure there are no indoor facilities..... Do you plan to hold any indoor workouts somewhere during bad weather and/or winter? Thanks and hope to meet you and your team soon. |

Thanks for the Interest in the South Cherokee 10U Eagles.
We are hoping to fill our roster with a very strong competitive team with the two dates we have set, but we will add additional dates if needed.
If anyone can’t make July 21st or 28th, I can also schedule private tryout times as needed.

We have a core group of players, but still have several spots to fill. The players I have are solid at all positions and I am looking for more players that fit that description. My plan is to fundamentally develop all players in all positions and will do that in practices, scrimmages, and through professional instruction. In tournament and Lanier League play, I will field the players in positions that give the team and the players the best opportunity to experience success.
The South Cherokee Eagles are an independent team using SCRA field space. In addition to using the fields at SCRA, we will also be using the indoor facilities at the Fury Baseball Academy in Woodstock during inclement weather.
I’ll be happy to answer any other questions you may have.

A quick reminder...
The South Cherokee Eagles first tryout is tomorrow, Sunday, July 21st 2:00-5:00
There will be another 10u team holding tryouts at SCRA at the same time.
We will be on field 4.
