Hey Coaches,
I hope y'all are doing well!
I'd like to take a minute to invite y'all to come out and join us, as we work to bring tournaments into the Athens, GA area.
June 1st and June 2nd at beautiful Oconee Veterans and Herman C. Michael Parks in Watkinsville, GA we're hosting an event that currently has 6 9U teams, 4 12U teams, and 3 8U Kid Pitch teams. The format is 2 seeding games into a single elimination bracket.
The 1st 4 teams to sign up in each age group by May 22nd play for only $225 (+ the annual $30 sanction fee, if you haven't already paid it).
I've included a direct link to our tournament page, where you can check out who's playing, and register your team. I've also included a little more information below on some of our rules, and how your team can save even more on the entry fee. Thanks for all your support! Hope to see y'all there!

If you refer another team to sign up for one of the events listed above, have them tell me that you sent them, and I'll knock another $25 off your entry fee. Also, if your organization brings 2 or more teams, then I'll take $25 off the entry fee for each team you bring. Combine all 3 ways to save and play for as low as $175!
A few rules we play by to note:
*We default to GHSA on anything that is not specifically stated in our rules*
Age cutoff date is April 29th/ 12U and younger no slashing/ You can bat 11 by using 2 EP's (extra players)/ Courtesy runner for Pitcher and Catcher only (sub if you have one available, otherwise it's the last batter due up at the time)/Fake to 3rd go to 1st is not a balk until GHSA changes it/ In a 2 day event a pitcher can throw 9 innings combined between Saturday and Sunday, but not more than 6 in one day./ In a 1 day event there is a 7 inning max for pitchers/ 9U through 12U 1hr 40min time limit/ Mercy rule is a 10 run lead after 3 innings or an 8 run lead after 5 innings.
The following is 8U only: no time limit, 6 runs/inning max, last inning is unlimited runs, 5 inning games.
