Dates:
• Saturday 5/25/2013 - Sunday 5/26/2013.
• Registration will end 5/20/2013 and pool play brackets will be out 5/21/2013.
Age groups:
• 8U Coach Pitch, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U. Teams may be organized teams or just pick up teams, but birth certificates will be needed to verify players age, if challenged during the tournament.
• The tournament will be an “Open” tournament, available to all classes of teams.
• There will be a 4 team minimum per age group to “make”.
• There will be 2 pool play games, with a single elimination bracket.
Location:
• The May Double Play will be hosted at Roper Park, 1826 Refuge Road, in Jasper, GA. You can view the facility on Google maps by clicking here.
Fee:
• $300 8U- 11U; $350 12U- 13U; NO GATE FEES
General Game Info:
• Coaches are required to provide 2 new game balls for each game.
• Coaches must have proof of insurance for their team on hand at tournament.
• USSSA rules for 9U and above. Click here to view the USSSA Rule Book.
• Dizzy Dean Rules for 8U Coach Pitch. Click here to view the Dizzy Dean Rule Book.
• Games will be 1:30 in pool play. 1:40 for bracket play for 8U Coach Pitch.
• Games will be 1:40 in pool play. 1:50 for bracket play for 9U and older.
• Championship will go a full number of innings unless there is a run rule in game.
• Umpires will be provided and concession stands will be open and vendors will be available with assorted products.
• Batting cages will be open as well as bullpens.
• Individual awards will be given to Champions and Runner-ups.

• You may “Register only” to reserve your entry in the tournament.
