The Lithia Springs Tigers went 4-1 in the AABC 13U World Series in Battle Creek, Mich.
The Tigers lost to West New York (NJ) in Game 1 of Pool Play then won four in a row but failed to advance to the Championship Bracket of the 22-team tournament.
Spring Creek (NY) defeated Utica (NY) for the championship. Lithia Springs finished second in its pool and fifth nationally.
