There is a new list of suspended players/coach on the GA USSSA site, the coach is an 11u head coach but the players are 12u, does anybody know exactly what happened without using names on this site?
I just noticed his USSSA roster has several names that have one letter different than most common spellings. Looks like the picture is getting clearer of what has happened. Sad, Sad, Sad!
I heard he picked up some players for a Mother's Day weekend 12U tourney and changed the names slightly to get them on the roster for the weekend. Unfortunately, his regular team is now affected.
Changing the name slightly on rosters is pretty common. If you just check rosters it is obvious there are a lot of players that have no history, but you know they have been playing for years.
Okay so suspensions are handed down by USSSA. If this is pretty common, according to the above post, do the organizations that these coaches and players are affiliated with commonly hand down suspensions as well or do they commonly look the other way?
