The team my son is on will be disbanding so I am considering starting a new team.

I've Coached travel ball for years but never Managed.

Looking for advice regarding budgeting for Fall / Spring - Anyone have a template they can share?

Evaluation process - what worked best?

Any other words of wisdom?

Appreciate the offer TopDog but we'll be together through end of this season. I am planning for Fall 2012/Spring 2013.

But my questions are still valid and any feedback you can provide would be greatly appreciated

budgeting and evaluation process will depend on what your goals are for next season.
1. how many tourneys do you intend to play?
2. what level of play? major? aaa? aa
3. do you have your own practice facility?
4. how much out of state travel? or will you play local?
these are just a few things i would need to know before i could comment. For words of Wisdom, give me a call, i could write you a book on that.lol
