Paulding County , Ga Titans, Hobgood Heat, and Ga Crush final four for 11U with Paulding beating Ga Titans for championship. Tells you we have some big time baseball in Ga at 11U. Good job to all the teams that participated.

Not only did those four teams do well, 6 of the 7 pools were won by Georgia Teams. Pool A - Georgia Titans, Pool B - Paulding County, Pool C - Hobgood Heat, Pool D - Roswell Rockets, Pool E - North Alabama Rockets, Pool F - Sandy Plains Wildcats, Pool G - Georgia Crush. The Wildcard was the Knoxville Impact.
That's some serious Georgia dominance. |

Is there a website for border wars? I'm curious to see the results in the 9U. |

Do you know the top 5 in the 9U. Thanks for the Kennesaw update, they're a good team and well coached. |

What was really nice to see is the quality of play by the teams in our area compared to teams from other areas. As a whole, it was exciting to see teams in our area do so well. The weather had some affects on some teams, that typically would have done better. Those late games, especially on Friday night got really cold. All in all, it showed how much talent this area of the SE has. Congratulations to the Paulding County Vipers for winning the 11U division, and for GA Titans for making it to the Championship game. |

In the 9U Border Wars, there were 8 teams making it to the championship bracket:
East Cobb Astros Chattanooga Colonels Alabama Senators East Cobb Longhorns Kennesaw Xtreme Knoxville Stars Battlefield Red Sox Rome Rattlers
Champion: Kennesaw Xtreme
Runner up: Chattanooga Colonels
Tied for 3rd: Rome Rattlers Knoxville Stars
A well run tournament with a lot of good competition. |
