I know this might open up a can of worms...but I feel like the only way I can do my job the right way is to find out from teams, coaches, players and parents what we are doing right and what we are doing wrong at Ripken...especially compared to Cooperstown. I took my son to Cooperstown when he was 10u and 12u...and I enjoyed my time there...but I also took my son to Ripken at the 13u and 14u age levels...so I have some ways to qualify myself and to quantify your feedback. If you have been to one or both...especially if you have been to both...please feel free to give me your feedback. I understand some of it might be negative and as long as it is constructive I accept that. Thanks for your time...and I look forward to hearing from one and all.
