After a tough loss on Saturday to the GA Stars ,the gunslingers battle back on Sunday and return the favor and eliminate the stars in another great game played by both teams. Ga stars are a class act graceful in winning and losing.Very solid team fundamentally sound and very aggressive.Slingers go on to take the tourney ,beating the Powder Springs Elite in the ship .
Both teams were solid. In the Fall not sure how much practice teams are able to have. So some teams will really come together in the Spring. For us we have 1 practice a week with about half our team , due to football.
Blue Thunder (atleast the one we played) had some Tsumani , Cartersville Rookies , Rome Venom and other players on the team. They had some tough draws this weekend but are solid. Staff and parents class act
PS Elite Played solid defense, both pitchers pitched well and the kids put the bat on the ball. Seemed to be well coached.
In all we saw good competition from the Stars , Diablos , Blue Thunder and PS Elite.
