The Spring 2012 14UBuford Wolves Baseball team is looking for AAA/Major quality baseball players. There are approximately 4 positions still available for those wanting to compete at a quality level, and showcase their ability. This team will compete in tournaments designed as showcases for the competitive baseball player.
We will have access to all of the Buford High School Baseball facilities, which includes indoor batting cages, pitching mounds and practice facilities.
Our goal is to prepare the player to compete on a high school level as a 14 year old. Some will even have the opportunity to make the Buford High School Baseball team as an 8th grader.
We stress fundamentals, competitiveness, hard work, respect for the game, umpires, coaches and other players, discipline, as well as teach life lessons along the way. Every position and playing time is earned and not a gift, and every player is challenged.
Those who wish to be challenged are encouraged to contact Wayne Lancaster at 770-560-5376. There will be a tryout on Sunday August 28th at 2:00 p.m. at the Buford High School Baseball field. |
