The 3rd year (14U) Cherokee Titans will be holding our last open tryout for all rising 13 and 14 year old players who have the commitment, desire and ability to play for a solid third year 14U AAA program out of Canton (Cherokee Titans)
Evaluations will be held this Saturday 8/13 at Waleska Park located next to Reinhardt Universities new baseball complex from 11-1.
There is no charge to try out for the 14U AAA Cherokee Titan’s team: Private workouts are encouraged and can be arranged as we had 24 kids tryout this past weekend.
To finalize our 2012 roster we are currently looking for a good defensive 1st basemen; (1) additional starting LH and RH pitcher and (1) additional big bodied defensive catcher.
The Cherokee Titans are an established 14U program which will play a AAA Lanier and NWBA league schedule in addition to (4) tournaments in 2012. (6) 2010 team members made their respective high school programs this past spring and I anticipate (8-10) 2011 players will make their high school teams this upcoming year. The Titans finished 2nd in two out of four tournaments entered and placed second in the 14U Lanier league end of season tournament as well as ending the season with a 25-12 record.
The Titans will be working with the 14U East Cobb Pride team and staff this fall and winter to help further the baseball development of the Titan players. The 14U Pride coached by Carey Seres is a true ECB majors team who just completed their 13U spring season with a 55-23 record while finishing the Elite 32 national tournament at Disney with a 4-2 record.
The Titans will play a fall schedule around football and plan to hold shared indoor winter workouts with the ECB Pride sharing collegiate and professional instructors.

I have a 13 year old who is currently working ar the batters up baseball academy with Victor Moreno and I think would a good candidate for your team...would he does not turn 14 until 5/9/2013.
You bet. We currently have (2) true 13 year old players on the team. We have had true 12 & 13 year old players play 60/90 baseball for the Titans the last 2 years with great success. Victor should know a little about our team and instructs current and former players.
I would love to meet your son. Feel free to come out Saturday to our last tryout.
