Learn technically sound throwing & long toss forms.
Go through velocity specific agility training.
Execute a shoulder maintenance program which both strengthens your arm and helps prevent injury.
Personal attention. Small class sizes, maximum of 10 students per session.
Reasonable pricing, all sessions average less than $25/hour.
2x/week workouts are ideal to maximize this type of training. Each workout is 70 minutes.
