I think the Cubs are/will be a 15U team that did not materialize?
The Cubs will exist as 14U team we were going to move to 15's as we have a core of 9th graders and decided our boys can use the time at the full field.

Makes no sense why the East Cobb website is updated for other years but not 14U. There has been plenty of time since the tryout/draft for shakeups, mergers, and negotiating. I understand it is still only Fall, but tournaments have begun, so it is time to move on.
mddawg - I totally agree. East Cobb website 14U - a couple of the teams are updated but most are last years teams that have not been removed. They don't even show the team names. Should be an interesting year.
Don't want to start an argument here but what does it matter that the website for next year's 14u teams is not updated? So there may be 10 teams or 16 teams or 24 teams...why does it matter? This is fall ball and most teams will not update their web sites until they get ready for spring. Web site fees have to be paid before the teams get listed on the East Cobb site so many have to start getting spring fees before they pay for it. Again, I just wonder why this obsession with the number of East Cobb teams? Looking around at other team web sites and the 2012 USSSA teams listed, not many have updated team sites as of yet.

People are always curious about rosters after tryouts are over in August! You even said you were looking at other teams websites. I wouldn't call it an obsession, I would call it curiosity. :)
