Double Day's Baseball Academy located in Rome, Ga. is proud to announce try-outs for the 2012 season.
Double Day's Baseball Academy offers:
All paid coaches that have true baseball experience.
10,000 sq. ft. climate controlled indoor training facility.
Pro-Batter Video Simulated Pitching Machine.
World known slugger Cecil Fielder and long time hitting instructor Charlie Culberson will offer hitting lessons. Washington Nationals Scout Eric Robinson will offer pitching lessons.
Speed and Agility and Strength Training is Planned.
August 20th - 10, 11, 12 year old's - 8:30am - 11:00am
August 21st - 10, 11, 12 year old's - 2:00pm - 4:00pm
August 20th - 13, 14, 15 year old's - 11:00am - 1:30pm
August 21st - 13, 14, 15 year old's - 4:30pm - 6:30pm
The try-out's will be held at Riverview Park (Levee Fields behind Floyd Medical Center) in Rome, Ga.
10 - 12 year old's $50 try-out fee. 13 - 15 year old's $75 fee.
The try-out fee will be applied to your team fee if you are accepted.
This is not a fundraiser. We are having a legitimate try-out and seeking quality players and parents for all ages.

| is this gonna be fielders knockhouse teams with a different name? are culberson and fielder the coaches, or just instructors? maybe you could post names of coaches before people pay to tryout, as that could have a direct impact on people that may be considering a tryout. just some ideas that may help your new organization. good luck. |

| You are right, I will include all coaches names soon. Even with Cecil Fielder being the responsible party of the Double Day's Baseball Academy, this is a new organization and is in no way related to the Knockhouse. Cecil Fielder will coach the 14 year olds and Charlie Culberson will coach the 15 year olds. C.J. Bressoud will coach the 13 year old team. These 3 will offer private instructions at the academy along with Eric Robinson and Derwin Jones. Also Michael Sanders will coach the 12 year old team. |
