Unique opportunity to play in the Allatoona High School feeder program. This is a travel team comprised of rising 6th graders who live in the Allatoona High School district.
We will be heading to Cooperstown for our summer finale in 2012!
Tryout will be Saturday, July 30 at 7:30 p.m. on the varsity baseball field at Allatoona High School.
Premium placed on pitching and catching, as well as hitting.
Complete the online form to register your son here: www.jrbucsbaseball.com.
We have an excellent coaching staff, which will be supplemented by high school coaches, and occasional professional instructors.
Please email C.A. Phillips at juniorbucsbaseball@gmail.com for more details, or if you have questions.
We will play in the 6th Grade Feeder League, as well as in several open travel tournaments through the spring and summer. |

Also...we will likely have a subsequent tryout on Sunday, August 7 at 2 p.m. at Allatoonna - both as a "callback," as well as an additional opportunity for those who are unable to come to the July 30 tryout.
Email juniorbucsbaseball@gmail.com with questions. You may also call or text me at 404-664-6300.
Thanks!

FYI for those of you considering coming out for the team:
There is a HUGE benefit to these kids playing for the feeder team.
First, they immediately become a part of the Allatoona "system" - they are BUCS!
Second, they will have an opportunity to become familiar with the "Allatoona Way" of playing baseball. Allatoona is a program on the rise, as evidenced by their 27-7 record this past season, and their terrific playoff run that led them to the Elite Eight! We will teach kids to do things the right way from the outset, so they can be prepared when they enter 9th grade. Ideally, most of the kids will play for three years together prior to entering high school.
Finally, this experience would give our coaches and players the unique opportunity to get occasional hands-on teaching from current Allatoona coaches and players. That is something other travel programs cannot provide.
Looking forward to seeing you on July 30. Register at www.jrbucsbaseball.com. |
