The East Cobb Diamondbacks (rising 12u) will start offering individual and small group workouts for any players interested in joining the D-backs in 2011-12.
We have just finished a very successful first season. After starting the team in August 2010, we have steadily improved becoming a very competitive, top-level AAA team beating several Major teams in the process. We are looking to build on our first year success by adding several players with an emphasis on pitching. We will compete at the AAA/Major level in 2012.
The D-backs are based in Marietta and practice at the East Cobb Complex, Mt. Bethel Field in East Cobb and at Pope High School.

The ECB Diamondbacks will hold our first tryout on Saturday, July 16 from 9am - 1pm at Mt. Bethel field in Marietta. This tryout is in addition to, not a replacement for the ECB tryout in August.
Please RSVP as slots are filling up fast.

The East Cobb Diamondbacks will have a workout this Saturday from 9am-1pm at Mt. Bethel field in Marietta. We are looking for a few good athletes with a great attitude, a strong work ethic.
You will still be required to attend the main ECB workout on August 5 & 6.
If you cannot make the Saturday workout, we will be happy to scheduled a private workout.

Thank you for everyone who endured the soggy morning workout. We had a nice turnout.
As we continue to evaluate our roster and team needs, we are still looking for a couple of AAA/Major bracket pitchers (LHP a bonus) and added depth at SS & C. If this sounds like your ballplayer, please contact me for a workout.
