The 13U North Georgia Barons Travel Baseball Team will be conducting tryouts at the Old Milton Baseball Complex in downtown Alpharetta for the 2011/2012 seasons(201 Milton Avenue).
Tryouts: Saturday July 23rd from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM Sunday July 24th from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Call Backs)

All Barons teams play out of Old Milton Center. This field is sized to start at U13 and take the teams through High School. This is one of the best facilities in North Fulton. The complex includes our own indoor facility with 2 lanes for pitching and hitting.
Since this is a new team all positions are available.
We are also looking to add a coach to our staff.

The Barons plan to establish themselves as the #1 baseball organization in North Fulton County by incorporating professional instructors into our practices. The Barons organization was established in 2006 by former Twin Larry Muratore. The first 2 Baron teams to enter High School have had 100% participation on their High School teams. We are looking for boys that love the game of Baseball and want to continue to improve while having fun. We plan to play 10-12 tournaments plus additional scrimmage games in the spring and summer. A limited fall schedule (not mandatory) is planned and will take other fall sports into consideration. We will practice approximately 2 times a week in the fall, and 2-3 times a week in the spring depending on the game schedule.
Jim Kapper and Vinnie Politan. Both have travel ball coaching experience. Barons are looking to add another coach to our staff. We will use additional paid trainers to support the team.
