74 wins, State Championship, 2 Super NIT wins, CABA Champs and runner up at Elite 32 = One heck of a season!
Astros showed plenty of heart to go along with a ton of talent. Battled back from a 9-0 first inning in the 'ship, (11-0 after 2) to 11-9 late. Looked like they were going to pull it out until it just didn't happen. Great group of kids and coaches, great group of parents.
My only wish is that we could do the whole year again. |

That equals the best team in Georgia, bar none.
Roadrunners, Braves, Home Plate, Pride, and 45's were all very good teams this year. Just not on the same plane as the Astros.
