You can start a post about any team, at any level here. If anyone else has an answer, comment, or opinion on the subject they will reply. The reason you hear about the same teams is because that's who posts on here.

Not a bad idea at all. Which teams would you like to discuss? See any promising AA/AAA teams lately?? |

I was looking up the teams in the playing AA and saw that the Carolina Rebels have 16 players and looks to be a tough team. Does anyone know anything about them? I'm surprised they are playing AA with the players they have listed. |

Baserunner, I don't know about the other teams, but the Twins lost to the G Bulldogs black at the Blastoff a few weeks ago. They can hit the ball pretty well, though. |

Our team played the Havic and lost 7-2. We gave up 4 runs in first inning and couldn't make it up. We are probably a lower level AAA team but the gap between us and them is not far. We did not pitch our best pitcher and neither did they. |

Then the Titans will be in the mix before season is over.

I've only seen them that once, but not from what I saw....Their center fielder was outstanding and the rest of the players were solid, but I don't remember any "big hits". The top half of their order jumped on us in the first inning with a little help from 2 errors but nothing much after that. |

Based on last weekend it would seem the Stealth would be #1 |

Based on this past weekend, the Carrollton Trojans are #1. I am not affiliated with the Trojans.
It was a great USSSA tournament this weekend in LaGrange despite the rain Friday night which pushed us back a couple hours on Saturday. The eventual winner LOST 16-0 in the first round of pool play...I didn't see the game so I have no idea how that happened but if anyone here DID see the game please fill me in.
I only have one complaint concerning the tournament. Because of the rain and the late start, the later games on Saturday were limited to 1 hour. The TD should have foreseen the time problem and changed the time limit at the beginning or not change it at all. The change midway through pool play effects the outcome because of innings pitched limits, score differential, etc.
This isn't really a complaint but I think the bracket play could be adjusted somewhat to allow teams that play late on Saturday night, a late start on Sunday. *Note The eventual winners played in pool games #1 and #3, allowing plenty of time to get ready for a long Sunday. The team that I am affiliated with played late on Saturday and began bracket play at 8 am Sunday. By the time we played our 3rd game at 4 pm we were DONE (not that we would have won the game but it COULD have made a difference). I didn't throw a ball all day and I was almost too tired to drive home lol.
Congrats to the Trojans for winning the tournament. Your team and coaches impressed me throughout with great sportsmanship and high quality baseball....unlike a couple of other teams that I won't mention. |

I will say after playing against both teams that were in the championship game that the Trojans have earned the right to be in the top 5 at this point. They may not have been the team with the best baseball players but they played with tremdous amount of heart on Sunday coming from a 10 seed after poolplay to win it all. The Trojan's team is very athletic group of kids that plays hard all game and yes they displayed good sportmanship also. So my hat goes off to them for winning this tournament which had a very strong group of teams. It goes to show that desire and determination can go a long way. Congratulations Trojans! |

The Trojans definitely earned the win, playing hard and beating some good teams to make it to the top, but to say that they are #1 or "deserve" to be in the top 5 based on the results of 1 tournament is a stretch, especially when you have teams like the Stealth, Bullets and Titans that have earned their positions in the top 5 tournament after tournament. There is a reason that teams play each other multiple times in baseball and that championships are decided by the most wins in a series of games. Single elimination tournaments only determine the best team for that day. |

Team Wilson should actually be in the top four. They have beaten the twins atleast 3/4 times. They went head to head against the "AAA" havoc which is truely a good major team by goin into extra innings after going 4 games with only 9 players that day in the SNIT. Plus they also beat homeplate. So if I were you than I would definitely check them out with their good pitching staff and great batting lineup. |

Very true -Team Wilson is playing some good ball right now. They had a rough start the first tournament in Cumming but Marty has the kids back playing in top form. I had them at my number 6 slot. |
