Sounds interesting. A few quick questions, we are still pretty new to the area from out of state.
1) Is this organization transparent with finances? Can parents get a breakdown of where the money goes, both before and/or during the season if tournaments cancel etc.?
2) Who is the owner? If there are questions or concerns, can the owner be contacted directly, or does he/she have handlers? Are you responsive to parent (aka customer) questions/concerns?
3) Is there a team-owned indoor facility for hitting/pitching when weather is inclement? We get a lot of rain in Georgia from January to April I've found. How about turf field availability for practice?
