There will be a Day Camp on Saturday, February 19 in Piedmont, Alabama at the Piedmont Sports Complex. This camp will be instructed by professional scouts from the Atlanta Braves, Kansas City Royals and Boston Red Sox. There will be extensive instruction in hitting, fielding, throwing/pitching and catching. Please bring your glove, cleats and bat. Catchers should bring their catching gear. The costs is $50.00. All proceeds from this camp will go to the American Cancer Society/Families Battling Cancer. 7th-12th grade is from 9:00am-12:00 pm and 8-12 year olds are from 1:30-4:00. Registration begins at 8:00 am on the day of the camp. This will be a great opportunity for exposure for the older, advanced kids and a great opportunity for instruction for the younger kids with a love for the game.For more information email oby3@tds.net.
