Spring Brawl at Bunten Park
The 12u Duluth Destroyers are hosting an upcoming 11u, 12u, and 13u tournament being held on March 12th and 13th at Bunten Road Park in Duluth.
This tournament will have a 3-game guarantee with 2-pool play games (per each team) followed by single elimination Championship Bracket Play. ALL teams make the Championship bracket regardless of pool play record.
The First and Second Place Teams will receive individual trophies (maximum 12) and a team trophy. A director will be on site throughout the tournament. We will have 3 well maintained fields to accommodate up to a 18 team tournament. Field crews will drag and line the fields after each game. Concession stand will be open for some All-American food (hotdogs, hamburgers, etc). Game results and pictures will be updated live during the tournament.
Your team entry fee of $400.00 will be the only cost your team has to incur. No gate fees.

Duluth Destroyers:
I spent a lot of time at this tourney last year and thought it was one of the best run tourneys I attended. Great location just off I-85, close to restaurants in between games, great field sizes for 11U-12U (my sons age group), and did you know the Harlem Globetrotters will be 1 mile from your venue at 7:30 PM the night of the 13th at the Gwinnett Arena? |

| I spent some time at this event Saturday and Sunday, and the field conditions on the 2 smaller fields that the 11's and 12's played on was excellent. Hats off to the City of Duluth Parks and Rec and the Duluth Destroyers families for making it such a great venue. |

| All the scores are correct. Sharon Springs def. Suwanee Stix 9-5. Georgia Red Birds and Signature Park battled it out and they went into extra innings. It was an awesome game. Thanks to all the teams for participating and the emails I received from people who enjoyed our tournament. Oh yeah, ECB Longhorns 11u are the real deal!! |

The fields were in excellent shape, we had a great time and enjoyed it a lot. The balls carried very well and we were fortunate to only give up 1 home run all weekend.

| Had to be mine that gave up the only HR too!!! Destroyers put on a great tourney! I hope we get the chance to play there again this season, the fields were REALLY nice and the food was pretty good too!! |
