The 15U Georgia Stars have had a successful Fall season and are moving on to training and conditioning during the Winter months leading up to high school baseball season. We have 2 spots available for major/elite level players who are stong pitchers to complete our roster for the Spring/Summer of 2011.
The 15U Georgia Stars are a highly competitive, Major level travel team that has coaches who provide players with superior training, knowledge and the highest level of competition possible. An independent travel ball team who will not have the challenges for competing for practice field time that can be found by playing for teams affiliated with a league or organization, the Georgia Stars practice at Bunten Road Park in Duluth.
The goal of the coaches is to encourage and foster the team’s love of baseball while providing them with the training and opportunities to increase the level of each player's skill and knowledge of the game so that they can be successful at whatever level of baseball they pursue beyond travel ball, whether it is their high school team, college or beyond.
The Georgia Stars coaches are looking for serious players with a serious commitment level. There is absolutely NO DADDY BALL on this team; each and every player plays their position and spot in the lineup based on performance, commitment, determination and team attitude.
To learn more about the Georgia Stars, please visit the team's website at www.georgiastars.com. If your son is interested in trying out for the Georgia Stars, please send me an email at georgiastarscoach@gmail.com and I will respond promptly.

The coaches of the 15u Georgia Stars are continuing in their search for 2 more players to complete their summer roster. They are looking for two players who are major/elite level pitchers. If you fit this criteria and would like to meet the coaches and players at a tryout during one of our Winter training sessions, please contact Head Coach Edward Waters via email (georgiastarscoach@gmail.com) or by phone at (404) 396-8532.
Also take a few minutes to visit the team's website at www.georgiastars.com and learn more about the coaches, the team, and their philosophies and goals for the upcoming season. You can also read about all they accomplished both on and off the field this past fall season. The team very strongly believes in giving their all not only on the field and in school, but within their communities as well. It is because of these very attributes that we are blessed to have two major supporters - Henry "Hank" Aaron and Brian Jordan, both of whom lended their support and encouragement this past fall and will continue to do so throughout the upcoming season.
If you want to be part of an exciting, elite level independent travel baseball team that provides players with superior training, knowledge and the highest level of competition possible, check out our website and then contact Coach Waters to talk about how you might play an integral role.
