Teams,

SANDY PLAINS BASEBALL PRESENTS THE 3RD ANNUAL FEBRUARY FROST

February 18-20th 2011.

The past 2 years we had 50 teams both years in all ages 9-14U.

It is an awesome beginning to the season for all, and gets everyone ready for their upcoming tournament schedule.

We are going to continue to hold the line on our tournament costs which have not changed for the past 4 years.

$325 9U-12U
$350 13U-14U
$100 Gate fee (so that you don't have to be bothered with gate fees at multiple parks, and to save some Money for your parents)

Baseballs provided as we do every year! No sanctioning fees!
BASEBALLS PROVIDED [/b] [/i]

I think this tournament in the past has divided up after pool play in different brackets so even if your a weaker team you got a chance to win. I liked the set up and we have played it numerous times. Gives you a chance to play some good teams then gives you a chance against teams just like your talent level.

We will be doing the same as in past years. 2 seeding games against teams of all levels. After the 2 seeding games we will divide teams out into 2-3 divisions depending on number teams. It would give the competition of Major, AAA, and AA. Teams have liked this format in the past which gives them the ability to play teams of higher level, but play in a championship on Sunday with teams that are more their competition level. I hope all of you will consider coming!

We have 10 spots left, as of today we have 43 teams. We can grow to 56 teams, so be part of the fun and make yourself one of the last 13 teams. We have 3 spots left in the 9U or 10U depending on who gets their first. 5 possible spots left in the 11U or 12U group. 4 spots left in 13U and 1 to 2 spots left in 14U.
