My son will be 13 in March. He plays middle infield, pitches and plays in the outfield. We live in Cherokee county but close to the Forsyth and Fulton County lines and are willing to travel.

Don't know if you found the right team yet or not, but we would like to see your son for a tryout.

The Coal Mountain Raiders based out of Cumming, GA are looking for 1 more player to round out our spring roster. As with all teams pitching is a plus, but we are also looking for a young man that is willing to be a team player with a great attitude.

In 2010 the Raiders played approximately 55 games during the spring season and we look to build off of that by playing in the Lanier League and 6-7 tournaments ending with an out of town tournament (TBD) in late June early July, 2011.

The Raider coaching goal is to continue to develop players to ready them for High School Baseball by continuing to teach the advanced fundamentals of baseball while fielding a competitive team.

We will be holding our first winter workouts starting January 3rd and would like to have your son join us for a tryout.

The Raiders are looking 1 players to a solid nucleaus of 10 returning players. We are looking for players that have the attitude to work hard in a great team environment, have a high baseball IQ and travel experience. If you are in need of further information please contact Dave Gerstner at 770-292-9952, 314-258-1743 or gersh22@comcast.net

If you haven't found a team yet the Lanier Longhorns a AAA team based out of Cumming, GA is looking for one more player to finalize their roster. Infield/Outfield or Pitching experience is a plus.

The Lanier Longhorns will be playing in 10-12 tournaments (East Cobb, Ellijay, Cumming, Winder, Monroe, & Pigeon Forge, Tn just to name a few locations) and also 6-10 games against local teams to complete our schedule. We will play 40-50 games this spring, and finish the season by the end of June.

Players that have a high baseball IQ and travel experience that would like to workout with the Longhorns should contact Chuck Cianciolo by phone at 770-356-8440 or at chuck.cianciolo@gmail.com.

Thanks

Chuck Cianciolo
