The Pirates are a second year AAA travel team coming off of a very successful 2010 season. We are looking to add 3 to 4 players to our 2011 roster.

Coach Joe Finklestein Coach Joe played for The Southern Conference Champion Citadel Bulldogs NCAA Division 1A baseball team 1979-1983. He played under Legendary Citadel Baseball Hall of Fame Coach Chal Port for his 4 years at The Citadel.
Joe has been coaching youth baseball for over 25 years. He was trained by the best and incorporates those values into everything we do in the ECB Pirate program

Coach Jeff Snyder Coach Jeff has been coaching youth baseball for over 20 years. Jeff brings a great deal of knowledge, leadership and experience to the team. Coach Jeff does not have a player on the ECB Pirate roster.
Coach Bob Gutowski Coach Bob played American Legion baseball for 4 years where he earned 2 gold glove awards. He was recruited by the Cincinnati Reds in 1986 before heading off to play NCAA Division 1A baseball at West Virginia University where he played 2 years before a wrist injury ended his playing career in 1988.
Bob has coached competitive youth baseball for the past 15 years.
The Pirates were formerly the South West Pirates before moving the team to East Cobb for the 2011 season.
The Pirates played primarily high level AAA/ major tournaments in USSSA and Triple Crown. We racked up 36 wins, 2 titles, 1 runner-up and a 5th place finish in the World Series out of 28 teams.
8 players will be returning for the 2011 season...we are looking to add 4 players.
We will be playing high level 14u AAA/major tournaments in USSSA and Triple Crown in 2011 as well as a few 15u tournaments.
