Tryouts for the 2011 Lost Mountain Bombers 12U team will be held Sunday, August 1st. The Bombers will continue to build on the success of this past season by playing a AAA schedule of approximately 10 tournaments.
All positions are open with an emphasis on AAA pitchers and catchers.
The Lost Mountain Bombers is a team that is dedicated to developing players at a reasonable cost. The coaching staff is comprised of professional/college players as well as college/high school coaches. We are sponsored by a major sporting goods company which greatly reduces the cost of our uniforms and equipment. Therefore family financial commitment is a fraction of other teams.
Tryouts will be held at our practice facility, McEachern United Methodist Church ball fields on Macland Rd in Powder Springs. Registration starts at 1:30pm. Tryouts begin at 2:00pm. Catchers should bring their gear if they have it. Individual tryout appointments can be scheduled as an alternative for those unable to attend this session.
