The Jr. Spartans will be holding tryouts for the upcoming 2011 season. The team will be comprised of players districted to go to South Paulding High School in 2012. The team is awaiting final approval from Coach Gallamore, after tryouts, to give the team their feeder status.
The focus of the team will be to get the players prepared and exposed to the S. Paulding Varsity system. Pending approval, we will train, condition, practice, and play the game as the Varsity squad does.
We will be hosting tryouts on Sat. July 31st from 10am-12pm, Sun. Aug. 1st from 5-7pm, Wed. Aug. 4th from 7-9pm, Sat. Aug. 7th from 10am-12pm, and Sun. Aug. 8th from 5-7pm. Tryouts will be on field 3 at New Ga. Park on Hwy. 61 in Dallas, Ga.
You will need to pre-register for the tryout at www.leaguelineup/14usouthpauldingspartans prior to coming to the tryout. Click on the handout section in the menu, to get the form. Fill it out and save it with the player name and email it to jr.spartansbaseball@yahoo.com. Thank you. |

We have the approval of Coach Galamore to be the 8th grade feeder team to South Paulding High School. This program will train and play the game as the Spartans Varsity Program does. There may be the opportunity for a 6 & 7th grade teams. If you have an interest in either playing for or coaching one of these teams; email the program at jr.spartansbaseball@yahoo.com.

Sorry this would be the 2011 Freshman class. My calendar runs off of ball season's. I was thinking it would be the 2012 season. Sorry for any confusion. |

This Saturday's tryout start time has changed from 10am to 9am. Sunday's time will start at 5pm.
This will be potentially be our last weekend for tryouts, since the turnout has been so good. If you have any interest in a workout go to our website and pre-register. |
