I am a representative for an East Cobb baseball 14U team transitioning to 15u for fall 2010. The team is searching for a paid head coach and assistant for the 2010-2011 season with prior coaching experience in this age group. This fall will be a more relaxed season with some of the players playing HS football and will focus on building the team towards the summer.
The coach would not have to deal with administrative details such as money, uniforms, or scheduling. The coach would have to be at practices, games, and handle roster decisions, game lineups, etc. and talk to parents as needed about individual player development.
