The Jr Grizzlies Board of Directors has completed a comprehensive evaluation of our program structure and extensively researched ways to increase our competitiveness while not sacrificing the programs integrity, guiding principles and Mission Statement.
Effective July 2, 2010, our Jr Grizzlies program will move to an age based structure for each of our six teams. We are confident that this will help level the playing field and make our teams more competitive when it comes to age vs grade structure. Having said that, our focus is NOT win at all costs at the expense of player development and the Creekview Baseball system.
The goals of our program will continue to be well defined. The program emphasis is on player development, baseball fundamentals and developing the skills to help our players become competitive baseball players leading up to their high school years. While wins and losses are important, player development is our emphasis.
