My name is Dave Rich and I'm an umpire living in MA. I'm also looking for teams in need of an umpire for either Cooperstown Dreams Park or All-Star village for next summer. I'm a patched umpire and have been to both parks many times during the past eight years. My fee is $625 for the week, which covers travel and ALL other expenses.
