Way to go PV turning two loses and a tie into a semifinal appearance and a close game to the eventual champion. No shame in that. Proud of the positive attitudes I saw in the players and coaches. Congrats to a very good and classy group in the Panhandle Stingers all the way around.

Prospects coach knows the game without a doubt. They played well but ran up against probably one of the best pitchers in the area.

Out again in the first bracket game. Shows the difference when the chips are down the difference between a weekend warrior coach, and a first rate high school coach.

The TD runs such a smooth tournament. Having two grandkids in different age groups and this guy helps accommodate. Great Job!!!!

SOGAS, if I went public about this a PASS device wouldn’t even help me. I will leave fire be. There are just too many Battalion Chief’s in one place for my liking. I will keep my bunker gear on and just let it unfold.

@5220 nicely done. As we know some are easily led and extrication of a highly technical means is sometimes necessary.

Capt, the Warriors both white and black are 2 of the legit major teams in the tournament albeit lower level major. Perhaps because they do separate. I agree that if the Jax area would put their best out there for some of these big tournaments the results could be that of a "BLEVE". You smoke divers understand that! What you need to do is to ignite a conflagration under the IC of North Florida baseball. Perhaps you should become the IC and establish an OC from which you gather your most useful resources (players) to form the plan of attack at one of the Perfect Game events down in Ft. Myers.

Yankee, I plenty of respect for most all teams and the question wasn't meant to degrade but rather a simple question. Sure there are 3 or 4 legit major teams in it but it's lacking some of Florida's better teams like CF Gators, GCBA Black Sox, FTB 55, Gulf Coast Elite which will be up in the Atlanta area for the McCann wood bat. I'm not knocking those in it as much as I question why some of the bigger names are not there.

Wow, no respect!! What team are you affiliated with anyway(sogas)? I think there is some good teams not the best, but good according to these forums. Jax warriors, ponte vedre, ancient city, prospects. I think it is just as good as the one in cumming this weekend.

I have no doubt that the top teams in our area would have competed very well with the likes of Stealth and Astros and the others in that tournament. Remember the Warriors break up their teams equally to develop and compete and winning is more of a welcomed byproduct. They have a pitcher that has stimied the Stealth in the past on two occasions and has only developed even more now.

If the coaches and leaders of North Floida could squash their egos and put a best of team together and practice for a month they are in the Ship of most Major Tourneys Nationwide. @5220 since we speak the fire jargon and language the way the leaders and coaches around here act reminds me of what we called out west a Dead lay: A load of hose on a pumper, but not connected to a pump outlet. Often used for larger supply lines. There is no cooperation or connection only some pushing their own agendas.

Actually Capt. I see it more like water hammer or pump cavitation.
