Does ANY umpire need help on a balk call? Balk calls should be immediate, by the observant umpire...

Its still called as quickly but the umpire shouldn't take the ball out of play right away.

Parents and coaches also need to realize that there are different rules concerning balks. USSSA plays MLB rules which is a delayed dead ball balk. This means you do not call it as quickly as a TC or tournament that plays by NFHS rules. Under HS rules the ball is dead immediately and nothing else can happen.

Nope, but rest assured we all get plenty of help.
