Was talking to someone the other day about college baseball recruiting and general baseball stuff, have known him for a while, and always fun to talk about baseball and ours boys. Anyway he tells me his son has already gotten 2 written offers from D1 schools, both our boys are freshmen in h.s.My question is when can colleges make written or official offers? I've always been told the soonest this can happen is after Sept. 01, of your junior year.
