Long story short my son is looking for a new team after playing for the same organization for 4 of the last 5 years.

We had some tournaments scheduled for later this summer (TC US Club Nationals & BCS in Ft Myers) but due to circumstances surrounding the team we have decided to step away from the organization.

My real question is...what do we do now? I never really gave much thought to him playing for anyone but this organization. Because everyone is in full swing my next logical step is to take the rest of the summer off and redirect our funds to specialized lessons.

He has been hitting with the same guy once each week for about 5 years, looking to add weekly pitching lessons and/or a strength and conditioning coach and of course picking up where we can.

We already do infield/outfield work once a week along with catching drills, not really looking to add anything there, but he has a 75+ mph fastball with a low 60's curve and developing change without any input from an instructor. I've taken him as far as my high school player knowledge can take him in that area.

The team he is leaving lacks majorly in development, practices, etc. so I figured getting him extra one on one time should help propel him into next year on the right foot.

Do you guys think I'm missing anything? or anything I could add?
