Does anyone know if Cooperstown still has batting cages with a hard surface or did they install any carpet/turf type product over the concrete?

Asphalt. Bring some cheap practice balls for the cages.

I don't know about this year but as of last summer they still had the asphalt surface in the cages.

Was still the hard surface last year. Just plan on throwing away the balls when it is over.
