For the most part the older dad's get the level of batting practice they throw to the kids also declines....

This is especially true with the older age groups.
Do any teams pay someone to come in & throw batting practice?

If so, how much would a 'hired gun' get paid?
It would one hour long sessions twice per week...
70+ mph fastballs, 50 mph curveballs, and change-ups.
On a good night, maybe ten 13U kids would participate.
Most days it would be less than that.

Lastly, let me know if you are interested or know someone who might be interested!

I would suspect that a call to you local high school coach would get you a pitcher that needs work and willing to do so for a very little amount of money...
