Posted - 11/24/2009 : 12:50:54 Push ups and pull ups and lunges till he can't walk. Turtles, up/downs for catchers do wonders too! Dumbbells are better than barbells - that balance thing. |

Posted - 11/24/2009 : 12:04:06 Since you are posting on a baseball board, if he will be doing bench presses, be sure that you do not allow his elbows/back of upper arm to break the plane of his back when laying down... that is not good for throwing athletes... |
