Push ups and pull ups and lunges till he can't walk. Turtles, up/downs for catchers do wonders too! Dumbbells are better than barbells - that balance thing. |

Since you are posting on a baseball board, if he will be doing bench presses, be sure that you do not allow his elbows/back of upper arm to break the plane of his back when laying down... that is not good for throwing athletes... |

There is a store in Marietta near our store called Fitness Depot. Their website is fitnessdepot.com and you could contact them and ask what they have. Not sure if this is close to you but this is a great local merchant has many good training tools. |
